DELIVERY

Delivery costs from £38 upwards dependent on location.

It takes 3-5 days depending on location and will be made to the door.  It may need two fairly strong people to carry it at the delivery address. The driver may not be able to carry the item inside and is not obliged to do so.

Your local courier depot will call you to arrange the delivery,

Late deliveries are generally due to unanswered telephone calls, therefore a mobile number is preferable. Please call us if your item does not arrive in 4 working days.

Delivery is by tail-lift truck, which are often large, so please advise of any potential delivery problems via the message box on the checkout page.

It is rare for items to be damaged in transit, but if this occurs, do not accept or sign for delivery. If possible, photograph any damage and email to:

A replacement stove will be sent immediately one the damaged stove is received and insected.

The damaged stove will be subject to a claim against the carrier. If you sign for the stove, and accept delivery, this will negate our ability to process the claim with the carrier, and we will not be able to supply you with a replacement.
